Delivery Options

Door-to-Door Courier

Our fastest and most convenient delivery option.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.

PAXI (Pep Store Collection)

A convenient and affordable store-to-store delivery service.

  • Delivery Time: 5–9 business days
  • Shipping Fee: R70–R120
  • Collection: Collect your parcel from your selected Pep Store.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

PUDO (Locker Delivery)

A secure self-service locker delivery option.

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days
  • Shipping Fee: R70–R130
  • Collection: Please collect your parcel within the collection period specified by PUDO.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking information.

  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.
