At Le Virage, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • The product is in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging remain intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Worn or used shapewear
  • Washed items
  • Products without original tags
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Products returned after the 7-day return period

Refund Policy

Le Virage does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, unless required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act 68 of 2008).

If your return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being supplied, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are accepted when:

  • The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags remain attached.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will assist you with an alternative solution.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product
  • A defective item
  • A damaged product

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The incorrect item was supplied.
  • The product is defective.
  • The item arrived damaged.

For approved faulty or incorrect items, Le Virage will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return instructions before sending your parcel.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the parcel using the recommended courier service.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Processing Time

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Approved exchanges will be dispatched as soon as the replacement item is available.

Consumer Protection

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act 68 of 2008) of South Africa. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
